Stocked Items: Stocked items can be returned within 6 months of purchase for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

Condition of Returned Items: Stocked items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. Any items that have been used, installed, or modified will not be accepted for return.

Special Order Items: Special order items are customized or ordered specifically for you and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect to initiate the return process.

Return Authorization: To initiate a return, all items must be authorized by our customer service team before sending the item back to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
